Phantom Canyon Riders, LLC. will be offering 50 keys to the public for an annual cost of $350. The keys will go on sale February 1, 2010 and will be good for one calendar year starting March 1, 2010. The rules and benefits of the program are listed below.
        • Unlimited access to Wildrat Raceway, with the exception of               race weeks, for practice.
        • 50% discount on all prepped practices hosted by Phantom                 Canyon Riders, Wildrat Promotions or SARP Productions.
        • No additional costs for practicing throughout the year. Pay              one time and never pay again to practice that year.
        • The cost breaks down to $29 a month.
        • Only the key holder and members of the key holder’s                          household will have access to the property.
                o This means you are not allowed to give non key holders                    access to the property.
        • The forums will be activated on                                                                www.PhantomCanyonRiders.com to allow key holders                        communicate with each so they can coordinate riding                        buddies if they like. A phone list will also be provided for the            same purpose.
        • Early access to the property will be granted on race                             weekends so you can reserve a parking spot if you choose.
        • The track will be not be regularly prepped and will be ridden            in “AS IS” condition.
